Duplicating your thread, even with just a title change, is not going to help you.

I was going to point out flaws but belaboring the obvious is tedious.

I closed the old one and that was just asking question and not taking a loan, if you please would go and read it, I said in the bottom, I would make a actual loan request and see where that went.

Could you point out the flaws, besides the fact i have not had a actual filled loan attempt before. Compared to most people who ask for a loan, I can actually prove and show a path of making a profit. The business idea is not new but simple and it works with very little risk of loss of isk.

Dozens of people have proved they had made a profit for weeks and shown viable business plans. Feel free to check any audits done in the past years.

how would that work?

You pick the character and bid on it. I pay the seller and give them my account details.

I make the original post for any sales thread with the character being sold (as per the rules) and you handle the bumping and negotiation with an alt.

When a character is sold, I receive the isk on the character being sold (as per the rules) and transfer your cut to you.

You do most of the work, I provide the isk, we share the profits.
