I am presuming that concord agents will not be brought back as concord lp's are given for incursions. However I am no CCP employee so in the future possibly.

there are already 2 concord agents, which get your sec status up.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

Believe it's only one active now, to my knowledge Jeremy Tacs in Mandoo has not returned to
service, after the shutdown from excessive farming of the mission objective ship.
Could have changed though since it was some time i last checked.
