I am moving to a C2 wormhole soon and am looking for suggestions on how to fit my loki for the hole. I will be farming sleepers in c2 and c3 with 3-5 of my buddies, mostly in tengu's.

I have done very little PvE in this game and am much better at fitting for pvp combat. My fit will need a large remtote shield rep to be compatibile with the fleet, I do not need a probe launcher.

I would appreciate suggestions on a fittings as I am largely clueless on ideal fit. No super pricey mods please.

Thanks

If you're expected to web things, you'll have a rough time fitting a viable shield tank, 2 webs, a full rack of guns and that transporter on there. Especially if you decide you want artillery to try and match the range of HMLs.

Here's my quick EFT efforts.

[Loki, LR Sleeper Plinker]
Power Diagnostic System II

Gyrostabilizer II
Tracking Enhancer II

Large Shield Extender II

Medium Semiconductor Memory Cell I
Medium Core Defence Field Extender I
Medium Core Defence Field Extender I

Loki Defensive - Adaptive Shielding
Loki Engineering - Power Core Multiplier
Loki Offensive - Turret Concurrence Registry
Loki Electronics - Tactical Targeting Network
Loki Propulsion - Intercalated Nanofibers

Long range, big volleys on the sleepers, but no webs and low dps (200 at 75km with Tremor loaded)

Medium Core Defence Field Extender I

Loki Electronics - Immobility Drivers
Loki Defensive - Adaptive Shielding
Loki Engineering - Capacitor Regeneration Matrix
Loki Offensive - Projectile Scoping Array
Loki Propulsion - Chassis Optimization

Needs all the faction gear for CPU reasons and still needs a +2% implant.

Honestly, if all you're doing is webbing, get a rapier or huginn. Otherwise just get a drake. Webbing Lokis work best in armor configurations.

You can local tank C2s no problem, so fit active armor tank and let the Tengus rep each other, you provide the deadly webs for them, so that their missiles are actually useful.
