singularity login failure *account expired*

I try to log into singularity server with sisi launcher but everytime I try it saids that my account has expired.... i just resubscribed about 2-3 weeks ago, but I did it with a reactivation offer of 2 months. Now I was able to get into singularity a couple months ago but since the special offer I haven't been really able to again =\ so can anyone help me?

all you need to do is go and look for the sticky thread that says Singularity: Requests for account reactivation and unbanning
everything will be explained in there =)
