Large amount of lag and timeouts

Having serious issues logging in and severe lag when I get there. Like I'm playing on 56k. Eve-online.com and EVE Gate are also running very slow. Tested my connection and it's fine, all other sites/games running fine.

I'm located in NE USA. Is there a known issue tonight or something?

Seeing the same thing in EST USA. Massive UI lag, takes forever to login, etc etc.

Anyone got any ideas?
