Cannot start EVE after downloaded louncher

After new pach + Louncher ,i cannot start EVE. It does download and instal all new updates, bet looks line never ready to lounch game. Button "Play" never working, like its dead. I using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit all drivers and windows up to date.

Same problem for me, I get the Crucible splash screen for a few seconds after pressing play then nothing.

Repire did not helped, so i uninstaled game and downloaded again using louncher, now working.
