PI in Huola 5% tax

Interesting idea to advertise PI taxes at 50% of empire. However, unless the planets (and I haven't checked at all) offer an ability to create P0-P4 with the minimum of fuss and bother then the next step for your corporation to see any sort of income would be to declare yourselves a NRDS outfit and offer some sort of policing of the system.

I remember an entire alliance built outposts for anybody (non hostile) to dock in and use. I think they got political or something and a bunch of alliances took their outposts and well it was a great idea.

I should mention that low sec PI isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be - so long as you find a nice, dead end system. IIRC, Huola is NOT a dead end system and gets significant traffic from FW. A better idea would be to set up shop in a low-sec island which tends to be far safer.

Policing a bottleneck for security is pretty important imo. Next thing you know is goodfites from pirates and industrial activity from PI.

CVA still allows neuts to dock at their stations.
