just some way of making the 2 account windows perfectly take up half the screen each would do really.

If you are using Windows 7, Windows 2008 or higher (May work on earlier versions) you can use the Windows Key + Arrow to align a window to a section of the screen. With left/right arrows it aligns and fills half the screen.

I triple box with 2 screens. My main I run fixed window @ 1920x1040, the two alts run side-by-side windowed on the second monitor @ 1024x1010, there is some overlap of 120px or so, but this isn't really a problem for me as it doesn't cover vital areas on either client

I do the same. But I have poured a bit on cash into my computer this month buy buying a new GC, case and upgraded to a SSD. I have also bought a matching 24" monitor to replace the 17". Two 24" monitors means I will hopefully be able to visually see all four clients running at once. It is definitely the way to go if you run multiples and is very handy for so many things Lol

I could log into 2 accounts on the same client and play split screen, (like playing a shooter 2 player on the tv).

do enough people dual box to make this worth looking into?

Not in same client, no. You have to have one client open for each account.

Then i ask for ccp to make it easier to dual box. or a separate client for people who run 2 accounts

Do it like this: http://imgur.com/C7FIj

It works out best (max size per client + the ability to see all important info on each)

Doesn't take long to setup

Try using Snap then. If it isn't obvious - you need to be in windowed mode to do that ...
