Okay, I was just checking the App Store on my iPod for new games to play. Then, I noticed this game called Galaxy Empire on the top-grossing list and installed it out of curiosity. I played for 5 minutes and was like hmmm.... This is a rip-off of Ogame.

I checked my fleet and guess what?

The Dreadnought is the Loki from Eve
The Recycler is a Abaddon
And the Probe is the old Enterprise from from Star Trek.

I love how my friend's app was completely copied by 3 different chinese vendors. They even c&p'd his exact app description, spelling errors and all.
Apple just wants LOTS of apps on the iPhone and doesn't care about the endless c&p-ers.

Send a petition to CCP.

They'll set the laywers on it. They made a chap change the cover of an e-book he was selling on Amazon last month as it had a couple of Myrms on it (it was actually a copy-paste-crop of one of the launch posters, Tyrannis I think).

They're pretty ******* hot on the legal stuff, and Apple will pull it asap.
