So today I got called in for a 'job interview', turns out to be a thinly veiled presentation/sales pitch for a ****** multilevel marketing franchise. It was like starring in a sales 101 book, quite funny. I don't want to give you guys all the credit because the shittyness was quite obvious really, but a good old fashioned dose of EVE-induced cynicism and paranoia definately helped to see through the pretty promises.

So, thanks for all being unreliable dickheads, I suppose.Big smile

I get to find out the details in the invite only (just for real pro folk, you know, cuz we like to do good selecting and stick it out with only the real serious business minded people blabla) seminar talk tomorrow. If you'll believe that. Today was basically just the buttering up 'wow you've got awesome aptitudes for this you'll be a millionaire in NO TIME. you do want to be a millionaire right?' session.

I think I'll even show up tomorrow, ask some hard questions and leave. Might even get some sales-man tears :)

Am waiting to find out what happened. I got invited to one of these years ago, went just for fun. One of the lines they kept using when I asked how much they made was "I am on my way to being a millionaire" which just means they make like 35-40k/year if that.
