It have to be minmatar spec only

I dont want any mixed skills, just pure minmatar all the way.

Willing to pay 15+ for the right char.

If some monster char comes along id even go as far as to consider trading this char wich is my main for it.
This char has 120~ mill sp.

No cap skills needed or wanted for that matter


PS: sec rating and standing doesnt matter at all
