Perfect physical simulation of all components that make up a ship, including crew, individual circuitry, and wiring.
As you shoot the hull of a ship, the damage is calculated with perfect accuracy. As individual wires break, the client calculates what happens to your ship as a whole. Crew attempt to repair this damage.

Also, the crew members all have sentient AI.

New isolationist race tied into Caldari/Minmatar storyline complete with new ships etc. - requires Caldari & Minmatar skills - based on the Eastern edge of the map.

1. All rats have Sleeper AI

2. PvP has a real purpose

3. I turn up in a system kill 50 rats and then suddenly the system is swarming with pvpers. They found out i was there by looking at the ingame map. This information has to stop as it inhibits people from going to nullsec

4. PvP arenas so that you dont have to travel for two hours to find a fight and then either kill a pver or get ganked by a dozen ships

5. Make moon mining arrays raidable

6. have a solo Explorer ship for nullsec that can be deployed permanently (but cannot fit a cyno)

Jita turning into nullsec 0.0 for 24hours to facilitate capital ship battles and 24hours of indiscriminate war.

EDIT: In actual fact, let highsec and nullsec exchange sec statuses for 24 hours.

This has been suggested before and i think would be one of the best things to happen in eve (permanent)

The layout of the eve map was made before nullsec came to be. If the purpose of nullsec is to be great risk with great reward then it makes the most sense (to me) to invert the map. It seems that what would drive conflict the most would be to have that many neighbors that want to kill you and to make it collasal PITA to go from one region of highsec to the other. On the other hand, having a vast amount of resources right next to each other should drive conflict, especially if force projection is made even more difficult.

There are a lot of advantages which don’t really need to be discussed unless this is a popular idea, in which case its F&I material, not GD. Only real problem (and it’s a doosey) is implementing it without people getting caught in the crosshairs.

I has all the eve inactivity

All character training.
One character training: 100% speed
Two training: 1/2 speed for both
All three training: you guessed it, 1/3 speed.

Was waiting for you to get here.

*Ziiipppp*

On a serious note, I want a pure overhaul to all pvp mechanics to random spawns and the updated AI/npc system.

T3 Industrial ships to give miners a way to function properly in Low/nullsec without needing a massive alliance to back them.

Some change to pvp mechanics to make it more split up instead of one FC calling blob.

To quote Lfod Shi

The ratting itself is PvE. Getting away with it is PvP.

Other than removing a little micromanagement every few days, what benefit is this?

You'd rather accomplish 3 goals after waiting 3 weeks rather than accomplish 1 goal every week?

It's just unnecessary busy work for programmers to implement and test (and probably break other stuff) for a feature that adds nothing to the majority of players' game.

(The only person I see this helping is the pilot farmer that does a lot of skill micromanaging)

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Obviously not enough black players...

EDIT: oh on topic... no ideas sorry. WIS could be bigger to say the least.

- I want to get rid of gates. Artificial chokepoints that promote static pvp and act as a risk-detterent if one side is significantly bigger than the other.

- Also, cripple supercap's abilities unless they are in command of full squads. THAT would put a major wrench in the cogs of the supercap blobs.

I daersay he wants someting... more.

Like this:
Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka (Cherry Blossom)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yokosuka_MXY7_Ohka

The 1200 kilo warhead on the Model 11 made contemproary torpedoes look a bit sick. Even the 600 kilo warhead on the Model 22 was substantially larger than a typical torpedo of the age. They had greater range, had radically faster and more flexible response times, longer effective range than even the 'Long Lance' torpedoes (when combined with high-altitude drops), and they were intelligently guided.

Think 'fire-and-forget with sentient guidance systems and really BIG warheads.'

Have to say, they'd make a very interesting addition. One-shot, do-(or do not)-and-die suicide weapons. Give them limited time endurance and range, no warp capability, make them blazingly fast, and limit their blast radius, but make it very powerful. No self-destruct - except by passing withing fuzing range of something.

Hit and go 'Boom!' or miss and run out of fuel, and drift until the timer runs out and you still go 'Boom!'

EVE is EVE - Feaces will eventuate.

A high risk, high reward, active, group-focused industrial activity such as mining comets or finding resources in dangerous (but not necessarily pure combat) environments.

Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.

Because cyno-alts are just stupid.

Random landing locations are more stupid.

Maybe so, but jumping to exactly where you want, whenever you want (read: safe in station, pretty much right now, before anyone can catch you)...maybe a bit imbalanced?
