Please Cast your votes here Capsuleers who are met with the launcher issue.

We need quick solutions.
We don't want to fumble with the clumsy launcher that don't launch.

I don't know how much it is the launcher's issue, but I have been having problems ever since it came out. So how about it? CCP just put up the .patch file so we can download it?

Since the launcher has the option of importing patches manually, I think this is a reasonable request.

Please Vote for manual patch if you read this for the 6000 users who are stuck outside of eveonline with a paid account.

im not sure if this work around has been stickied .... here goes ...

if your launcher does not update client properly .... or it says client is updated ... but eve does not run ...

1) clear bulkdata (some how there are some instances where old bulk data n new patch data can become cross corrupted)
2) off antivirus (some may have to off firewall)
3) off any other internet service (not sure abt this 1)
4) run repair
5) run evefile.eve direct (take note the error) ... not the launcher.exe (note that launcher somehow is unable to detect if the game client is fully patched or not ...)
6) repeat process 4-5. until evefile does not return a error report and actually runs.

7) return back your other programs to service (ie --> antivirus, torrenters, etc etc)

1, launcher reporting errors all the time when updating
2, repair does nothing at all, it says complete but closing it ends up with error
3, deleting bulk
4,disabling anti virus
5, repair - nothing changed
6, no manual patch data available, so i have to again download 5+GB of data due to some patch which is correcting
some typo in some random lol modul description anyway. I did this already 3 times this week, so why not to do it forever....

Wait Wait Guy guys here listen.

We paid for this thing yes? We need them to service us yes? So stop telling me how to solve the problem let CCP do it.
The solutions are everywhere and no one has a clue how to solve it so they throw us everything they know... I just want
CCP to get the damn MANUAL PATCH file back , so that once the patch fail we can at least do it MANUALLY?


CCP??? Do something about your product, it's just one product and you can support it ?

JUST VOTE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM DON"T POST SOLUTION HERE ... IT"S CCP'S JOB NOT OURS . WE PAID THEM TO DO THEIR JOB NOT EVERYONE IS TECH SAVVY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR JUST VOTE IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE.
