Need video game blog writers!

Hey I'm currently searching for some writers for my new video game blog, http://www.myrgn.com, this blog is mainly about general gaming. The blog was made a couple weeks ago, and now after i finished designing it, i figured out I can't keep up with the blog posts, so I need about 4 writers with experiences with WordPress, HTML, Various WordPress plugins, and blogging experience to help me keep the site updated.

Requirements:Requirements: Knowledge of current video games, blogging experience, knows how to use WordPress, Basic HTML knowledge, a team player, Skype/Paypal account.

Tasks:
2-4 posts a day
Editing other peoples reviews/ articles
Reading articles on other sites
Posting your work on sharing sites/social media (Ext, N4G, Facebook, twitter, ext...)
Payment?
Our site has a max of 1 Ad per page, these Ads, by google Adsense generate income. This income will be split like this: 20% to Website needs/ 40% to writers/ 40% to Admin.

Let me be a **** here.

You set up some site, knowing beforehand you won't be able to fill it, post some initial stuff on it (should we check if it was "copied"?) all on the same day and now are asking, like a day after launch, for others to fill it while you take most of the earnings?

Stick to Jita scams, either way this isn't the forum for it. Also RL payments...

i'd try it out, but i couldn't make up that many posts.. i'd be happy to try and right casual stuff about games though..

So, let me get this straight: you take 40% of the income in exchange for providing 0% of the content (no, spending 15 minutes poorly editing a default template doesn't count), and you have (as far as I can tell) no readers. Given that I can create my own blog (which will start with the same zero readers) for my articles and take 100% of the minimal income it generates, why would I ever want to write for yours?

Oh yeah, and you're offering to pay based on ad income but you're limiting yourself to a max of one per page? Great business plan there.


Edit: after reading your attempts at creating your own posts, no wonder you're desperate for writers. Maybe you should spend less time on pointless video games and more time on learning how to write at an adult level?
