Contracts are sorting the wrong way. CCP has ignored bug reports for 12 months.

The issue:

Finding your latest finished contracts is confusing, because you see your oldest contracts at the top of the list in the GUI when you expect to see the latest.
Finished Contracts sorted by date are sorted inversely - i.e. Arrow down -> Oldest first, and vice versa.

CCP has ignored the bug report 4 times within 12 months. At the same time they're fixing tons of small typographical and spelling errors, which have practically no effect in the gameplay whatsoever.

How hard can it be to fix a bug where the sorting arrow is "upside down"? Sometimes I just don't get it - how does CCP rank their bugs internally? Are they not using any measurement of the estimated bug fixing cost? This is not a cosmetic bug, but it should be almost as easy to fix as one. Quite likely one condition rule must just be switched to from IS to NOT.

How CCP Resolves this:

I've received 3 feedbacks from CCP concerning the bug report.

At first, they refused to understand a very detailed description of the bug - left by a software architect and a professional software tester.

Second, in my opinion they downright LIED to me about testing the bug, and having it worked for them, while they never infact have.

Third, they still took the effort to assume I'm an idiot, and explained me how sorting arrows generally work, i.e. how they work in Windows etc. G, thanks. Really appreciated, as I've used Windows since version 2.0 most every day.

Today, after re-opening my previous bug report 3 times, giving up, and reporting another bug about the subject, the latest bug was closed as "outdated" as well.

There's a Fanfest 2012 video, where an audience member asked about one particular issue, is it so that CCP Devs have to be irritated about something before anything is actually fixed in the game? The question was applauded. Seemingly, not without a reason.
