After speaking with some of the CSM members on skype CCP has 2 big things in plan for NULL Sec

1. Controlling Economy

2. Combat Mechanics


Here is what CCP is planning for the corresponding points

1) Moon goo will no longer be mined passively. On Arpril 24th (ESCALATION) Moons current will have a full/empty bar and will slowly run our of goo over the period until Inferno if mined constantly. On the date INFERNO is released Ring mining will be intorduced into HI,LO,& NULL SEC where moon materials will now be found. Wormhole spce will be left out in the cold.
Bounty Rewards from NPC's in NULL sec will be reduced(amount has not been decided but a "significant amount").
Only one Anom will exist in NULL sec at a time.

2) Fleets will have a CAP of 1,0042 ships to reduce servers lag. Titans jump bridge range will be reduced by 50%. NULL sec gates will have newguns appear around them appearing April 24th. These Gate guns will now have a new feature: when they detect a blob of more then 20 ships they will think they are about to be attacked & will shoot at all ships present until the number 20 is reached in a 50km radius.
