Quick question on gates and bombs

Hello guys;

I've got a small question about GCC and Stealth Bombers. Assume that I'm flying a bomb fit SB and find a group of targets sitting close (less than 15 km) from a stargate. If I fire a bomb at them, will the stargate get caught in the bomb AoE radius as well, and if yes, will "attacking a stargate" cause me to go GCC? (And ergo, have the sentry guns fire at me?)

Any help would be much appreciated!

Bombs will not work in lowsec and in 0.0 you will not get agression timer.
So fire away.
Note that if your bomb hits the gate or a can or whatever it will fizzle.
Put targets between you and celestial.
Decloak, launch and warp to celestial. Bomb will detonate if you are not on grid.

Does this mean that it won't do anything at all on impact then? Am I understanding this correctly?

The gate will not take damage. There are no sentry guns in 0.0 to damage.
Ships will take damage.
You will not get security status penalty or agression timer.

FTFY. You do get aggression timer in that you can't jump through a gate 1 minute after you bombed people.

Correct, I was talking about 15 min Global Criminal Countdown timers which get you Concorded. You will get a 1 minute Combat Aggression Timer.
