*Crystal Speed* it boost Ship agility

*Redeye Powder* it boost probing strenght

*Du Green* it boost training time

How our mad scientists even think on those ones ?
Those nebulae clouds could spawn at random or you'll need to create more cosmos regions plots (I mean agents and ladars for high, low and null secs).

CCP really please dont use Upgraded, Limited, Experimental and Prototype in item names. It sounds like the item is actually worse than basic meta 1 item. Use Calibrated, Enhanced, Optimized and Upgraded. Its really easy to understand that the item is better than meta 1 and its also in alphabetic order.

Specific resists, scan res and warp speed boosters are some other nice additions.
