I've been wondering this for awhile and figured it would be a good idea to have answers to the following questions...

1) When you warp to a gate at 0, and you are sitting there waiting for the servers to jump you through the gate, are you protected at all from being targeted or shot at?

2) After you jump through the gate and you are cloaked, at exactly what point can you be targeted? For example, when in a Viator, once through a gate you can start to warp and your "cloak" doesn't visibly go away until you're just about in warp. Can you be targeted as soon as you start moving, or are you protected until you visually see the cloak fade?

Don't violence me bro!

I believe your ship becomes invulnerable as soon as the "jump" command is received by the server, so even if it's laggy and your ship has to wait for traffic control or something you should be fine.

As for the second part of your question, the invulnerability timer after jumping lasts 60 seconds or when you move, whichever comes first.

From personal experience, I can tell you that this is incorrect. If you're waiting on traffic control, you can still be shot. Now if you have the jump command go through but you just don't change due to lag, that is another story altogether.

Once it says: "jumping" at the bottom of your screen you become invunerable.

1) Once you start actually jumping (As soon as the server recieves "jump", assuming no traffic control (which I haven't seen in months) you are invulnerable. Same with docking.

2) 60 seconds after jumping, 30 seconds after undocking, or until you issue any command to your ship.
