First off u don't sell him as "T2", but as a Tengu+Inti/Logi T3 toon :p since this is the most market value atm, even with the low missle skills. He has good flying options and nice gun skills, but i would get BC to lvl5 and maybe 1-2 BS as well.

My guess is around 9-13b.
