See my https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=84939&find=unread response, in comparison your nearly 4x T3 setup and the much higher Gunnery skills should add quite some value over the 120m toon, but like noted anything goes. Since i have seen science toons staying at 18b for 2 weeks and suddenly hell breaks loose and they go up to 35b. It really depends on timing and current availability. Some sellers also make the error and just check there post/mail every few days, which may risk missing a crazy buyout offer.
