Question: rare Ore in Lvl 4 missions?

Some missions have belts what i don't know is what sort of Ore is there and can you compare the amount to hidden belts?
1. Can you mine 0.0 Ore in highsec via Lvl 4 missions?
2. How much Ore do you get in LvL 4 missions compared to normal and hidden belts.

I know that you can look up most info here http://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=MissionReports but i'm lazy and hope someone could give me a quick overview if it's worth to dig deeper.

The question behind is would be worth to sell bookmarks of special missions to miner.
