In the description for the Commissioned Officer edition boxed copy it states that it includes a key for new account creation, 30-days of paid game time, and the cerebral accelerator. It doesn't specifically state that the 30-days of paid game time was meant for the new account creation. I just have one question. Can I use the COE key to extend game time for my current account?
