well... after telling us that you joined EvE mainly because incarna and ask questions like I was wondering in the next expansion bring as much content, fun and fixes as Apocrapha did?, it is difficult to take this thread seriously. Wishes to push full development focus to incarna didn't help either.

Perhaps you should look into mirror and repeat the quoted line?

Im going to say ´This´. There were some key players who left eve when incarna was initially released and then with the whole gold ammo fiasco and threads were put up about them but like all stuff people move on and the key players either return as things start to pick up again or move on and are somewhat forgotten about.

This was a waste of a thread though, seems like U MAD at people who threatened to unsubcribe, pointless rage is pointless Roll

Actually I think the true situation is the opposite of what the OP states. The people who quit are the ones who care most about the game and have put their heart and soul into it. This level of commitment usually entails being a community leader, whether through blogging, leading corps and fleets, organizing events, making PVP vids, or joining the CSM. I've certainly seen a lot of these high-profile players quit in the past year.

It seems to me that the players who happily roll along carebearing or F-1'ing in sov blobs that seem to be sticking around.

Really? Did you speak with their CEOs and corpmates? Also look further as there have been people with public profiles and community efforts leaving too, and even if they didn't, for whom will they develop if the common people leaves?

Please elaborate on how CCP is working so hard on EVE. Some examples as well as resource allocation numbers will be helpful in better understanding this point. Thanks. Pirate

There's none left after the massive whiny circlejerk of the last few months.

Christ, I've seen people from 2009 claiming to be "bittervets". It's nothing but a knee-jerk reaction by the hivemind. It's all ME TOO ME TOO I WANNA SHOOT THE STATUE TOO because a few key players had something to complain about. When that thing turned out to be nothing, people just didn't stop whining.

After recent events and many previous to them, I am seeing many 'claim' to unsubscribe. My questions is; are the kind of players this game needs right now?

Sure, sure they pay money, but what do they really contribute to the game? From those saying they are leaving, I have done very extensive research and I can not find any significant contribution they have done in the past. So I say to them, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out!" They will not be missed because they did nothing in the way of the Butterfly Effect.

CCP is working on EVE harder than ever and it is high time we get off their back and let them do their job. They work on the game because it is their passion, their love, everything. It is easy for these quitters to throw rocks from a glass house, especially from third party forums like Failheap Challenge and **********, when they don't even play EVE anymore. If your not playing the game, then you have no right to comment on it.

So to the haters, I say, "If your not good enough to play, then please shut your cake whole and let the rest of us enjoy the game!"

Ask not what others have done for Eve but what you have done for Eve. So what exactly have you done for eve before you judge others. Nevermind don't answer that clearly a troll.

‘No, this isn't it at all. Make it more... psssshhhh’.
