Risk Roulette

Hello everyone :D

A few weeks ago I announced the opening of 'Risk', a new EVE Gambling site. We've had a brilliant start, with over 250 players and 19bil in prizes won. I was very keen to point out how the site was being run honestly and in the spirit of proving that, I am here to announce a new game: Risk Roulette.

Risk Roulette is a 40 ticket game used to lottery high value items. The twist is that the draw process is manual and not tied in to the random.org API as with our low value items. Instead, the numbers are pre-rolled and locked into Chribba's Dice system. This means that we cannot possibly rig the draw, or know the outcome before the number is unlocked for all to see.

I hope this gives people more confidence when gambling with Risk.

On a side note, I am still waiting to hear back from random.org as to when they will be publishing our audit logs on their site for everyone to see. I have been promised that this is in development for us and we are the ONLY gambling site that I know of actively pursuing something like this to prove our honesty and show the EVE community we like to play fair.

Please remember Risk and what we stand for when choosing your gambling vendor :D

Thanks for your time,

Richie.

Ladies and Gents,

It is with joyful glee that I write this forum post for you today. Yesterday we launched our new Roulette game, which is a 40 ticket board used to lottery high value items with the added security of Chribba's Dice as the draw mechanism.

I want to tell you a story about a lowly space pilot from Dodixie who after much deliberation over a free lottery ticket to win a Crow being some kind of a scam, finally decided to sign up to Risk and claim a ticket for himself.

Sorantus Archgallente then went on to make some deposits into Risk and joined our growing player base in winning several prizes and doing rather well in his gambling career, despite his earlier reservations.

He was excited to hear that the new Roulette game was opening and that there was a chance to win a carrier on the table. He diligently set about gathering enough ISK to buy himself several tickets in the first game and it is wich great pleasure I announce him to be our first Roulette winner and the proud owner of a shiny new Thanatos class carrier.

Congratulations Sir!

ps. More free tickets, Roulette games and item lotteries are now available so check us out if you haven't already.

Thanks for your time,

Richie.

Hey gals and dudes, looks like there's always someone out there to say something negetive about risk. It's really too bad to think that i was the worst of you not long ago :(

Along my path as a young pilot i've made some regretable choices in my over confindence, which many of the time turned out to be scams, or simply my stupidity. My EVE wallet wasn't doing to great as a result, when as many a time before i get a random conversation invite with a FREE offer haha. Boy i was so sure of myself that it was a scam that i was coming up with unreasonable arguements before the end of our conversation.

I decided to try this however because, heck i'm not even sure why i let myself, maybe to prove that i was right? >.< But no, i went on to win many prizes straight away in the beginning, and when i heard of a chance to win a carrier... An entire week i farmed isk for 10 tickets! So again i was broke, which just strikes a nerve in me >:| To think that i've gone from being confident without reservation that this was a scam to ACTUALLY... winning... a... carrier.... O_O The morning i woke up and noticed i was spechless, i'm now for the first time in my EVE carrier a billionaire :D! Yeah i do have some debt to pay to a sponsor of mine who payed for many lost ships and stupid choices, but HEY i've got isk to blow, so good luck, have fun and all rest cuz i'm RICH :D!

Go back to thinking yourself so great for "figuring out the scam ALL BY YOURSELF" pfft stupid. Next time don't claim what you don't know -_-

Why wouldn't anyone trust someone who's entire posting history is as a shill for some gambling site?

Oh look, an advertisement.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.  - William Pitt

I find it funny how there still isnt one single person who tried it and then claimed its a scam. From hundreds of users, you would think at least one would speak up if he got scammed, dont you think?

That still doesnt make my post any less true, and its a really stupid way of countering every argument we throw at you.

Its like playing chess against a monkey: no matter how good you are, at the end he just flips all the pieces, ***** on the board and starts dancing around as if it won... Cool
