Drifter still offline after ISK was transferred, is this a scam possibly?

Is there any way I can check if there is a character being transferred to my account? I know it takes 10 hours to fully move.

transfert is ok the character goes in your account in 10 hours; time of transfert by ccp and I can' t connect with this character during this time you can tell with me with my another account yukaza
