Forget the Legion for Level 4s. It's horribly slow. However, it's tank is quite amazing. Doesn't matter whether or not the tengu can get a better tank, cause hell, there are not many missions where you would have to make use of this 2nd armor repper. And that are mostly the missions you would like to go with a Paladin just because of the more dps.

The Legion suffers from fairly low range, around 45 km is obtainable with scorch, and the dps isn't that good after all. But it looks frickin awesome :)

There are clear strengths in the Legion, but the 'saddest' thing about it is that even if you wanted to, you can never make it a glass cannon. With all dps mods and no regard for tank etc, the dps is still way below T1 BS.

To the OP : if you already fly marauders for lvl 4, there is very little reason to fly a T3 unless you want to pull your hair out. You can't compare the DPS of a T2 large guns marauder with a medium guns sized T3 cruiser hull, its like night and day. The DPS is anemic compared to a marauder.

For WH, T3 are good yes, however if you re not familiar with WH , I would sugggest to start with a traditionnal approach, like covops for scanning and a drake for running anom.

Im not sure if you re already familiar with 0.0 mechanics, but WH pve can be quite risky since there is no local. You want to be 100% focused when doing sites, aligned all the times, and spam the scanner very very regularly,

The only 900+dps T3 is blaster Proteus. But let me tell you something from my experience in C3.

If you solo sleepers will always aggro your drones...

Upholders and aboce will always web and neut you.

Soloing with a Proteus proves to be frustrating, But it is an excellent follow upper - bring Lego/Tengu to aggro mobs and then warp in in MWD Proteus >>> **** stuff before they reaggress.
