Update: I'm now hearing that PL was doing RMT and their banking character was holding 15 trillion, and got banned. Shamis then rage quit the game in response for being so terrible he got caught. So yes, this answers the question. He mad.

I very much doubt PL would be stupid enough to RMT on their "official" alliance characters. What is rather the case is that they received isk from some special russian alliance which they came to defend this year and that isk was involved in some RMT.

Stop insinuating that PL does it. A particular player in PL did it, not the entire alliance as a whole. Pubbie filth is always blaming the organization and not the actual folks responsible. If you have difficulty focusing on the certain individual and can only work on large broad topics like the entire alliance perhaps you can make a chart or something out of Play Dough to act as a mental aid.
