i am looking for a PvP character with 25-35 million skill points all combat skills only! The character can not have a bad Secstatus. Only looking for Minmatar or Caldari. My budget is b n 8 to 9b

I am for sale but I'm looking for 11b, we can negotiate if you wish. I have 32m SP, almost entirely in combat but I can also fly a hulk and almost a freighter if needed. Recon Ships V, Heavy Interdictors V, Caldari based with a hot avatar. I also have an extremely good sec status.

Could possibly sell if the price was right. Very minnie focused with 9.8mil in gunnery. All the support skills are maxed for projectiles and can use all tech 2 minnie guns (except cap guns of course). Flies an amazing vagabond, tempest, cane... etc. Also has Minnie frig, cruiser, and battleship to 5, as well as battle cruisers to 5.
