Would CCP consider a special status for the RvB alliance on war decs ?

The whole concept of RvB is about as much contributing to the EVE universe as is Eve University.

I have personally never been a member of any of the two, but I think they have helped a LOT of players learn about the game.

And RvB is most likely going to be impacted in a huge way by the new wardec mechanisms.

Considering CCP recognized how Eve-Uni is good for the community and made them a special status that forbids wardec'ing them, maybe CCP would consider making something special for RvB where both corporationg are at war constantly for no cost, or where the cost of war is a fixed amount which is sustainable and low if there really needs to be a cost.

I mean, I think RvB is one of these institutions of EVE that need a bit of help from CCP considering that they allow so many players to grasp a realistic approach of the game and learn about PVP.

Nah... they want to completely **** up the game (small corps/alliances, medium corps/alliances, indy corps/alliances, new players, you guys and everybody else that are not griefers and large alliances will be ******.)
Its been 9 years of EVE, why to pass number 10, that would be just too much.

Just like EVE-Uni, RvB should have no special rules.

Just make it mutual and on you go.

Ever since we made the rule to stay out of Jita War Targets just don't seem to be racking up the kills.

The new RR Change is gonna mess them up big time though. We don't mind loosing Ships to them since them coming around is rare but if they try to stick around they end up getting murdered quick. Quicker now that invincalogi is going bye bye.

We have what 3 or 4 active wars against the blues now. I don't even bother checking now days, red star means kill it with fire.

"special status" is what got us the EVE-Uni nonsense, so no.

It is yes.

I love reading about them and what they do.

I might pop on to one of the two sides one day for a week or two of pvp.

As far as I know, it's impossible to wardec Eve-Uni.

I absolutely did not suggest to apply that to RvB. Completely different matter.

Well you're wrong. You just need 1B isk per week. And it's not a "special status" granted to the Uni, anybody who wants can use the same mechanic.

The RvB guys don't need a special status.

Their own war is mutual and and whenever someone else joins in thinking to score a few easy kills it's only more targets for them to 'purple up' on. Even though they don't fly around in shiny ships as much, they are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves, being absolute masters when it comes to cost-effective combat.
