finally got the client to work, now the game crashes when i warp

so after all the launcher bs i got my game to run, but now as soon as i try to warp the game crashes to desktop, any tips?
disabling audio doesnt work, repair has been done multiple times.

i think i fixed it,

i let 'avg pc tune up' do a full scan/restore of my computer in everyway possible (cleaning registers, optimizing files,deleting corrupted files,...) including defragmentation of the disk eve was installed on and now it doesnt crash anymore.
still, this has been a LONG drag to get this game to work again and i lost at least 2 weeks of gametime.
i guess hoping for any kind of compensation is wasted effort but would be appropriate :/
