Read this blog entry. The guy is SO far from the truth, but because he had become the king of WoW, he thinks in his short Eve career that he knows all there is to know.

I read about the first 3 or 4 parts and your right, the guy knows absolutely nothing about Eve, or goons, or what griefing is.

Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing.

What? Did you guys meet before hand and plan your outrage? Problem with your views is, what the guy says is true. You folks think the only legitimate EVE players logged on in '03 or something? The only painful reading was following the intext links to Mitt's godawful rantings...he sure takes the long way around to say nothing.

he says that we are not conquerors or pirates

problem is that we've conquered numerous regions in the past, most recently branch. and piracy is a small-scale thing that you don't need a hundreds-strong fleet for, so I wouldn't doubt that there are goons who do low-sec piracy, or "moonlight" in a pirate corp.

he couldn't be any more wrong.
