I purchased 3,200 Javelin L and 540 Caldari Navy Inferno Torpedo. I loaded them into my weapons on the Scorpion Navy Issue, and put the rest in the Scorpion Navy Issue's cargohold.

However, today I found out the total amount of Javelin L in both weapons and cargohold is 3,040, and the Caldari Navy Inferno Torpedo is 504. Which means 160 of Javelin L and 36 Torpedo are gone. I didn't fire a single shot with my Scorpion Navy Issue. All I did was just load and unload the ammo a few times, and rearranged the weapons' position in the high-slot a few times. I don't know what happened that caused the ammo disappeared. I checked the wallet transaction, it was 3,200 Javelin L and 540 Torpedo I purchased. And I checked the Assets, it shows nowhere else has these ammo.

I reloaded some torpedos into the siege launchers on my Navy Scorpion. A few days later when I opened the fitting window, the launchers were empty and the torpedos just disappeared! I am certain that those launchers were fully loaded the last time I opened the fitting window, and I didn't use the Navy Scorpion to do anything after that at all.

I have no idea what's going on. I filed a petition more than a week ago and there is no reply so far.

I probably didn't lose as much as you, but I had a similar situation here.

A similar thing happened to me about a month ago,.. i fully fitted a hurricane and loaded all my guns with T2 ammo just before DT.
After DT (and patch-update), all the modules of the hurricane were offline and all the ammo in the guns was gone!
I filed a petition but the only answer i got is that they couldn't locate any missing ammo and the logs showed nothing.

If the logs don't even register ship-composition before and after dt then i find this very incompetent logging.
