Help please - can't set up a contract

I’ve been away from Eve for over a year and obviously there have been changes. I find I can’t set up a contract. My alt attempted set up a contract to give me some items but it doesn’t appear in his contract window (Journal – contract tab) or mine.

I tried following the in-game help but I get as far as the ‘open the contract window’ and I can’t progress – so I assume I haven’t opened the window. I use Journal and then select the contracts tab. No matter what I click (and I’ve tried all combinations of ‘me’, ‘corporation’, ‘requires attention’ ‘fetch contract’, etc. etc. I only get the message ‘no contract found’. (I don’t expect to get anything from the corporation choice but I tried it in desperation!)

My alt is told he has exceeded his contract limit (i.e. 1) so Eve seems to think there is one set up but I can't find it anywhere.

Can someone please tell me what’s going wrong or do I have a bug…?

I've tried to find an answer in these forums and using google but I can't find a solution.

Click the eve menu bar above your portrait in the neocom. Business -> Contracts.
I'd suggest dragging the button to your neocom.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
