Issues, Workarounds & Localization

hey ive been having the strangest problem ive ever seen with eve. this begun in the patch before the launcher was released or the one before that. thing is when i type something every 5 minutes or so my eve client begins to add "°°°°°°°°" celsius signs between letters. it happens every other letter i can fix it by alt tabbing the client and typing something in my browser or a word document then it just types 1 celcius sign and my client is back to normal. i have ruled out that this is my keyboard or my operating system since this has been happening for over two months but ongly in eve. i have cleared the catche file that didnt work. has anyone seen a problem remotely similar to this ?
