Missing Skill Books

Some of my skill books have been deleted. It happened shortly after I purchased them and attempted to inject a few of them. It appears as though the stacks of 4 went down to stacks of 1. I'm trying to convince myself I goofed somewhere, but I can't see how.

During this time I

  • did not lose any ships
  • did not sell them
  • did not jettison them
  • did not log out
  • did not travel out of the region


The only thing I can think of is that I tried to inject them twice and a bug in the game caused me to consume another skill book. The time was 00:01, so maybe that was unlucky too.

I'm sure I messed something up, but I have no clue what.
