New scraps added to salvage for inferno?

So ... I see this as all wrecks getting various minerals from salvage now. Will this effectively undo the drone region nerf, and redistribute to the rest of the universe?

Except ccp said they want minerals to increase in price. Thus this is fake. (yes I'm a party pooper, for 10B isk I'll remove this post).

It has become standard practice for CCP to pre-pre-release changes to the game via Pastebin with the help of reliable players (with no posting history as a prerequisite) to inform the player-base about upcoming modifications. In light of this everything looks legitimate and I would like to invest at least 100 ISK.

I'm going to call this fake based on the fact that the fields don't match the way reprocessing data is encoded for other items.

David Forge. Your lack of knowledge on this subject amuses me no end.

This is not a standard practice, this is something that CCP are developing. Please allow me to explain. They randomly come up with words and numbers and throw said words and numbers onto Pastebin, they then generate a random email to post said document too to allow the information to slowly seep into the wonderful eVe community.

I for one am just glad that that random email address happened to be a current EvE player or this would of come as a complete surprise come launch.
