Messed up IGB headers since patch

Today I noticed that some IGB header values have been changed since one of the very recent patches. Its now containing some kind of extra markup in case you use a localized client version.

Example:
System name: < localized hint="BKG-Q2">BKG-Q2*</localized >

This seems to be the case for system-, region-,constellation names and ship type name headers.
