I think that there should be a way to control the volume of EVE Voice. Since there is already a large list of volume sliders I think it would be pretty simple to add another one that controls EVE Voice.

As a sub caveat to this issue. I think the current slider titled "Voice Volume" should be renamed to something like "Aura Volume" to prevent confusion between Aura's voice and EVE Voice.

Now I know many of you use 3rd party voice tools and so do I. However for joining impromptu fleets of strangers such as running Incursions you can't beat the convinience of the in game EVE Voice.
