If i have -9 standings with certain faction and doing derived standings mission from other factions is impossible, it possible to build up my standing via lvl1 agents in any reasonable amount of time ?

No, in some cases it does.

You still should train connetions, diplomacy, and social to 5. Fast talking may also help, not sure.

Still, yes you will be grinding a lot of level 1 missions to get your standing up.

For Angel/Gurista standings you can do the epic pirate arcs every 90 days.

Diplomacy 5 Takes -3.3 to -.64

Don't you need access to the Pirate Arc's level 3 mission agent before you can do the arc missions? And main pirate faction standing to -2.0 before the agent will even talk to you?

For Angels, you need either Angel, Amarr or Minmater standings. For Guristas, You need either Guristas, Gallente or Caldari standings.
The standings are only checked for the first mission.

Thanks that would work if there was a mission arc for sansha.

Or am i missing something
