I have no idea if this is an issue or simply an in game function I am unaware of.

I have a single module a CN EM ward field, and whenever I activate it, it does a single cycle and then shuts down.
This does not effect any other module, or my 2nd identical ship on my 2nd toon.
It has cost me one ship already is there an easy solution or something else?
