1. Details:
To extend my finiancial empire I need some new capital. This will take the form of a 4 billion isk bond made up of 40 shares.

2. Business model:
Combination of station trading and manufacturing. Currently manufacture a combination of goods including T1 ships, T2 modules and capitals.

Investor capital would be used to buy minerals for manufacturing and for additional station trading capital.

3. Return:
Interest of 5% will be paid monthly on the anniversary of the bond.

Interest may be a little before or after the anniversary date due to RL constraints but will aim for the correct date.

4. Exit Strategy
Bond will be perpetual until either I or the investor/s wish to end the bond. If an investor wishes to withdraw then 1 week notice is required and interest paid will be pro-rata for the month. If less than 1 weeks notice is given then interest for the month is forfeit and the principle will be returned in 2 days.

All transactions will occur through the contract system.

5. Hit by a bus
I will leave instructions with my wife should the above or similar occur that would allow investors to be paid out the amount owed.

6. Collateral:
None is being offered.

7. Risks
Obivous first risk, scam. As always, it is possible. I leave it to the investor to gauge risk.

Mitigating factors:
-Have run "BPOs to order" for a little over a year, previously many happy customers: http://www.eveonline.com/iNgameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1312491
-Previous successful bond: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1228876
-Currently engaged in a private 4 bil bond to Prometheus X.

Red flags:
-Considerably larger than first bond
-No collateral
-No audit (But may, up to investors)

Other risks:
The items I trade could crash -Unlikely as I'll be spreading the risk around many items and item groups.
The items I manufacture could crash - Again unlikely as I'll be spreading the risk around many items and item groups.

8. Alts:
I will disclose alts pertinant to this venture to investors and/or auditor if needed.

9. Q & A:
To be filled.

you recently bought a hulk pilot for 2b isk. if you were planning on just buying mineral, why did you waste 2b on a toon. And in most cases when someone buys a toon, they don't go broke over it. seem you have enough isk to cover what you need.

Also your last bond was in 2009. means nothing, I wouldn't have even posted that.

I need collateral to invest, if you change your mind about it, I can cover all of the bond.

Has you ever went so far as chose to go even use want to look more like do?
