Because that would be even worse, unless it was done by someone you share an agenda with. Then its mm, notsobad, what's the big deal-ish

No nobody did.

We had one guy make a bad joke about it and then a week long hate campain made against him in which we see media outlets posting up stories full of lies and a constant stream of the most vile threats and screams of joy over the possibility that you are making his life miserable.

So suddenly RL is now out of bounds? That's a recent development in goon mentality. You should probably help distribute that memo along with the update that actual, real apologies tend to go hand in hand with remorse where as fake apologies are immediately followed up with a bunch of finger pointing and blaming everyone else for the current situation.

The only "investigating" CCP did was to determine what was the minimum punishment they could inflict to generate the minimum uproar in the community. The fact that this still has wings is due to thier miscalculation as well as your idiot leaders inability to even pretend to be anything but a douche-bag.

But nah, none of this is his fault, or the fault of goons and co. It's everyone else, a big conspiracy! that's it... how does it go? ::tinfoil:: is that the goon chillren meme?

The fact that you all are so shocked and outraged by an actual appropriate response only demonstrates that the punishment delivered by CCP was not sufficient. Current behavior would suggest lesson has still not been learned.
