Good pvp toon so i guess 10-14b atm, but adding a full T3 Tengu/Proteus skill-set will make him much more desirable. Which means u get maybe more crazy bidders.

What would be the time investment for those skills and perhaps what would be a rough estimate on how much the character's value would go up?
