Datacenters to improve khanid kingdom standings?

I was looking at the list of datacenter agents. For amarr, several of the initial agents work for khanid navy. Do they grant a standing boosts to khanid kingdom or amarr only?

The main standings boost is for Amarr Empire with derived faction standings for the Kingdom up to the max possible derived standing; which is in the region of 7.0 I think.
