I'm sure it has to do with much of the risk adversity in the null region. No one wants to lose their stuff, not matter how little their **** is in the grand scheme of things everyone from the tiniest goon to the highest goon thinks they have a good thing going on.

DRF is big, theyre huge, theyre giant, however when the two biggest boys go fighting each other they know two things for sure. Some one will lose their sov, their pretty little imaginary empire in a video game, and 2 some of the biggest fights that will come as a result will largely be dictated by lag luck.

However, even if the lag was magically fixed, these two may never fight while they're considered the two largest and only real blocs in the game, because of fear of losing fake stuff.

I certainly don't think its ccp's fault for the lack of fights in null when players are too scared of losing pixel ships.

with any luck DRF would return the favor and shoot at Goon/CFC bot fields as well, sounds like a win-win.

I never understood how people hurf durf about Goons "ruining" Eve yet they expect them to be their nullsec saviors from the DRF.

There are more ways to win a fight than just by force of arms. You are talking about someone who had/has the largest spy,infiltration program going so it wouldn't suprise me in 6 months time you hear about this or that alliance folding half of their stock/isk/bpo's being half-inched.

But then again he might just sit back and take the iskies you never know or like me not particulary care.
