I would like to ask our customers something...

Like Kirin in the previous post, some others have also expressed over time, that they would be happy to pay more for an excellent service. Similar as some are willing to pay for rush service a multiple extra, to have the next available spot in our queue and an even faster delivery.

Push has been constantly grown in numbers in the last months and there is no change in this trend to be seen yet. I understand, that some fear that with bigger volumes, deliveries might take longer. To counter this to happen, we need to keep recruiting new pilots. But there is only so many new pilots that will join in a period of time.

To keep a balance between demand of service and supply of service, one option that seems viable to achieve that is to increase rates. Thinking, that almost everything in Eve has greatly increased in price since December and Crucible - as example freighters, which we depend on, have gone up by 20%, from previously 850M to 1.05M - a small increase in our rates might be acceptable and doesn't seem bad. After all, Push pilots need also to be able to keep up with the increased market prices to "make a living" (if one could say so in Eve *smiles*). And everyone in turn profits, if they can do so just by hauling, as they will dedicate then more time in that career, which in turn increases the availability of our service.

A price increase right now is though completely hypothetical. We wouldn't do so, by not having given all our customers the chance to express their opinions, as we might have heard only one side of the coin yet. So, please let us hear your thoughts. Do you think we should increase our prices, as already some have asked for? Do you believe, this will have a positive or negative impact on the service? Will it have an impact on you or none at all? Please let us know!

In the end, whatever solutions we might apply, be assured we are working hard to keep our service at the level you have known. Whenever you feel there is an issue, feel free to contact one of us directly and express those concerns.

What are your guys average delivery times right now for a standard 2-3 jump contract? Thinking of switching from Red Frog.

As previously mentioned, RvB moved to a different area of EVE, which involved hundreds of contracts. We tried PUSH for the first time on a large scale and they did an excellent job. I was told they couldn't handle our volume, but that proved to be incorrect. They did this, even after I changed the timelines for our move (moved up). I would recommend them for any job, large or small. The pusher I dealt with (Porkita) was very helpful in planning and executing the move. Well done.

My first thought was: first get our service back to normal delivery times before doing that.
But now something has changed. Inflation seems to accellerate. More importantly: new tactics have increased the risk for courier jobs. Some of the competition has even decided to postpone service. This will put further pressure on us. We need to change something or service levels will deteriate further. We can always lower prices again later.
