Incursion systems and Faction standings

So, I am (sadly) at around -9.0 with the amarr, and something near -6.0 with caldari. However, my group that i run incursions with have no clue if faction navies can still kill you in incursion ran systems, or if those rules no longer apply since sansha has taken over the system?

I hope someone can answer this and let me get back to my isk fa---sansha killing Pirate

If needed, you can quickly raise those negative Faction standings above -5.00 with the 'Plan'.
