Go to the Eve forums. Scroll up to the top of the forum list.

I just created corp forums as well. They do not show up.

I've heard it can take some time for them to show up.

You need at least 10 members in your corporation for the forums to actually be created. If you don't, it just fails silently (which is a BAD coding practice, btw. Fail fast, and fail loud!)

Also if it DOES work give it about 10 minutes to update across the server and stuff
