Hi, weirdly I just logged in to my acc for the first time in 3.5 years, and I found 3 characters. One of them has a few million ISK. I only played the trial back when I created the account, and I don't remember creating 3 characters, and I especially don't remember two of their names. I looked into the account-management, and my account was never activated after the trial period.

Now I can't create a new character apparently, since all 3 slots are in use. I wanted to start fresh with a friend of mine. Any ideas? Do I have to wait 10 hours to play now?

(and yes, I immediately changed my password)

Very likely, you can always try to open a petition, but maybe that'll take longer than the time needed to complete biomass.

Damn :(
I'm kinda lost right now. I don't know any of the eve terms, and obviously I will not be able to redo the starting missions now. I don't even know where I am, or what I'm supposed to do. Can I transfer my ISK to another character somehow ?

Also, how can I create a "Petition" ? Is that some kind of support-ticket?

Yes.

If you take all the sand out of the box, only the cat poo will remain.

You can transfer ISK when your account is paying a subscription, trial accounts can't transfer ISK, create contracts, etc.
You have one account and three characters. Biomass one and you'll be able to create a new one, start fresh and go through the tutorials again. Tutorials are character based, not account based.

My account is paid for 30 days. I wish I could start the tutorial now, 10 hours waiting time is a bit annoying :(

Umm... start another trial account and go play with your friend.

when 10 hours have passed, you can create a new character on the old account.

You can start with the character you've got already.
If it's older than 3 years it will most likely have more skill points than a brand new one.
The only advantage that I can think of for a brand new character is the 2 attribute remaps vs one remap on old character.

If you want to do the tutorial missions here's the list of all tutorial agents: http://www.eve-wiki.net/index.php?title=Tutorial_Agents

Just open people and places window and search for their system name, then set autopilot to that system and off you go.
If you haven't played too long on your trial you may actually be in one of those systems already.
Once there just talk to any of those agents and you'll get the tutorial mission.
